Frey

Frey

From Jenny Everywhere Wiki

According to Tero Trollgarsson, Frey was the Norse Pantheon's “God of Summer”. He resided in Alfheim, or “Elf-Land”. After hearing a prophecy that urged them to seek the “Enemy of Winter”, Pythagoras-858 and Juliet-178 considered whether Frey could be the one they wanted, but decided against it, eventually figuring out that they were looking for Logi, the God of Fire. Behind the scenes

The Frey, or Freyr, of real-world Norse Mythology is not formally the God of Summer, although he is associated with “sunshine, fair weather, and good harvests”. He is usually depicted as the brother, and sometimes lover, of Freyja, and as one of the Vanir. He is indeed the lord of Alfheim, gifted to him by the other gods as a teething present.
