Biography
In the Infinity Apartment
One universe's version of ShatterScreen was somehow shipped to Jenny Everywhere at the Infinity Apartment by Webfilms in response to her having ordered a superhero movie. He subsequently stuck around the Apartment, apparently becoming a flatmate of Jenny's, although he continued to return to his home universe as a crime-fighter by night.
A short time after his arrival, when their environment became oddly abstract, ShatterScreen became agitated, worrying that “one of his enemies” had used an Abstraction Ray on them as part of an evil scheme. However, Jenny reassured him that it was probably just the creator trying out a new art-style.
After Ezri was called back to her home universe by a Lady to help defend it against the invading evil overlord, Minrath, ShatterScreen followed her, Jenny and Thuban there. However, when it transpired that the locals really had no need of anyone but Ezri, who was the Champion of Prophecy, ShatterScreen wandered off, end up having an arm-wrestling contest with a Giant.
On Halloween 2006, ShatterScreen dressed up as Superman.
After the Minrath affair, Jenny left the Apartment for six months. When she finally made her mind up to return, ShatterScreen was not home. Thus, she travelled to his universe, finding him watching his home city from the rooftop of a skyscraper. She gave him a brief explanation of what she'd been up to and also asked him if he could actually see any crime from up there (he confessed that he couldn't).
A short time later, a serious-faced ShatterScreen posed with the other inhabitants of the Apartment, except for Thuban, for a Thanksgiving picture.
When Jenny's new husband Alan arrived at the Apartment, ShatterScreen, who had not yet been made aware that he was a vampire, recognised him as one before he understood that he was Jenny's husband, and attacked the “Hell-spawn” with a green stake. Jenny punched him to the ground before he could do Alan any harm, however, and he apologised for his mistake.
Some time later, ShatterScreen had a dream of declaring his love to, and kissing, Ezri, making him consciously realise he had a crush on her. Since he knew she was happily together with Quinn, this made him angry at his own subconscious. (COMIC: Infinity Apartment)
Travelling with Jenny and Michael
One version of ShatterScreen was a companion to one incarnation of Jenny Everywhere, who also travelled in the company of a Michael Wherever, Richard, Delta 22-6 and Silence. This ShatterScreen believed that he was somehow “empty” (presumably in a spiritual sense) but “was working on it”.
Their group, while using an empty warehouse as a base of operations, was forcibly teleported to the testing complex where they had to compete with the team of the Jenny who travelled with Odious. Some way into the trials, however, the older team managed to convince the band shirt Jenny's team that they meant them no harm, and got them to instead sit with them and discuss which would concede to the other for the portal.
