Bigraphy
In Gertrude and Brunhilda's world
In the home universe of disgraced Valkyries Gertrude and Brunhilda, Freya was the Norse Goddess of Sex, as well as the leader of the Valkyries. She referred to herself as Gertrude's “Auntie Freya”. This version of Freyja visited Kokotomo Island at the same time as Gertrude and Brunhilda. She shifted into Gertrude's appearance while strolling on the beach, and played a brief joke on the real Gertrude by greeting her while still in this form, enjoying her confusion when she realised who she'd just said “hi” to. Freya then revealed her true appearance before disappearing, leaving Gertrude to wonder what the encounter meant and whether she and Brunhilda would meet Freya again at greater length in the future.
