Atlantis was a legendary “sunken city” which existed in multiple universes.

History

In the Prime Universe

A version of the “Lost City of Atlantis” existed on the Prime Earth in ancient times, and was believed to have possessed advanced technology. In the 20th century, a malevolent organisation called the First Horde sought to rediscover the ruins of Atlantis and use its technological secrets to take over the world. The Strangely-Colored Secret Societies which came into existence as offshoots of the First Horde retained their drive to look for Atlantis, though not all of them knew why they had this urge. (PROSE: The Strangely-Colored Secret Societies)

For example, the Society of the Rhyming Dove located a number of Atlantean artefacts, and some of the Cupid Intelligence Institute that one particularly powerful, magical one was behind the Doves' ability to effortlessly communicate entirely in rhyme, although this was not the only theory. (PROSE: The Society of the Rhyming Dove) Archibald Fishflipper's Faction of the Fooling Fish shared a goal of seeking Atlantean artefacts at its inceptions, but the Fish gradually abandoned it after it proved not to be as much fun as they anticipated. (PROSE: The Faction of the Fooling Fish) The Mélange of the Mauve Muskrat, on the other hand, remained dedicated to it, accumulating large business resources in the hope of using them to mount a large-scale search for the Lost City itself. (PROSE: The Cupid Suggestion Box)

Jenny Everywhere likes the seafood at a "really great Atlantean fast-food place" and has at least once popped in there while in the middle of other adventures. (PROSE: The Honeymoon of Jenny Everywhere)

In a dreamland

One version of Atlantis existed inside a “dreamland”, three leagues away from the cloud on which the wizard Mordorak of the Nine Noses resided. (PROSE: Pit Stop)

In Reality Z-25 31-H

In Reality Z-25 31-H, Atlantis survived at the bottom of the ocean into the 21st century, home to the civilisation of Neo-Atlanteans. It was eventually raised from the ocean depths by Gravitas, the mad brother of the Princess Emily. Making contact with modern civilisations, many Neo-Atlanteans became superheroes on the mainland, including Emily who took on the mantle of Ms. Blitzen, one of the Guardians of the city of Angel Falls. The Neo-Atlanteans possessed advanced technology incorporating various elements of magic and alchemy. (PROSE: Angel Falls: Vengeance Sought)
