Void Ship
“Void Ship”, occasionally rendered as “Void ship”, (PROSE: The Metafictional Meddler) was a term for a vehicle designed to travel from one world in the Multiverse to another by passing through the Void Between Worlds.
Jenny Everywhere's mother in a number of universes, Amelia Midnight, travelled the Multiverse in her own time in a vessel called the Zephyrus, referred to as a hypership. (PROSE: The Hermetic Garbage of Jenny Everywhere)
Many were fireproof, so as to protect themselves from Lord Thymon's wrath. (PROSE: The Book of Evil) According to Pythagoras-858, “competently-built Void Ship” had “some kind of built-in time-space perception alignment matrix”, allowing them to perceive the space around them in sync with other consciousnesses travelling through the Void; otherwise, since the Void had no inherent reality, two different Void travellers could phase right through each other. The Fog Ships used by Clockwork Cherubs were a type of Void Ship. (PROSE: The Grand Multiverse Hotel) When her Shifting powers were destabilised by the Rifts Crisis, Jenny Everywhere accidentally shifted into such a Void Ship while it was in flight in the middle of the Void.
