The Cupid Love Reverser was a specialised brainwashing-type device invented by the Gang of the Green Gorilla (PROSE: The Book of Evil) following the 1986 Skirmish at the Vanityville Supermarket which first put them in opposition with the Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids. (PROSE: The Green Gorillas) As the name implied, it was capable of reversing the effects of Cupid Love Potion. The Cupids catching wind of this invention and taking offence to it was the true source of their long-running hostility with the Gorillas, moreso than the Skirmish itself. (PROSE: The Book of Evil)
