In Reality Z-25 31-H, the Guardians were a superhero team defending Angel Falls, which included Ms. Blitzen and PhyreFrost. (COMIC: Kate Five vs Symbiote - Chapter 2) They were already active when a young Nexus Girl was found in their city, and came to an agreement with Sir James Carey that he would take care of the child.
