The Vormerschuiving were a species of natural shapeshifters, native to the planet Subcinctus in one universe. Vertolin, leader of the Consistency Imperium, and, later, founder of New Subcinctus, was a Vormerschuiving, as was the less successful Trafero. (PROSE: The Time of the Toymaker)
