Universe (The Time of the Toymaker)

One universe was originally home to the planet Subcinctus, where the Vormerschuiving originated. It was mostly destroyed by Rifts during the Rifts Crisis, and what remained of it became the home base of the Consistency Imperium, who built the Consistency Palatium there. After the Imperium's fall and the Palatium's destruction, surviving members of the Imperium decided to make up for their errors by creating a new city in the ruins of the Palatium, New Subcinctus, which would serve as a refuge for all those whose original homes had been destroyed by Rifts.
