Cosmic Order

In Reality Z-25 31-H, Armagedda saw herself as a servant of the Cosmic Order. According to her, humanity existed contrary to the Cosmic Order, and she consequently wished to eradicate it. (COMIC: Tales To Behold)

There existed at least two related cosmic consciousnesses which acted as embodiments or enforces of the Cosmic Order, dwelling in the depths of space. After the failures of Armagedda's first two attempts to destroy the Reality Z-25 31-H version of Earth, as well as the attack on the Bureau of Singularity by heroes from that same Earth, they agreed on a different approach. The Order sent two other agents to Earth: an indestructible, destructive robot known as the Cosmic Solution, and another agent whose task was to walk the Earth to try to find even just one person willing to argue that the world was worth saving. After finding such a person, the agent had the power to call off the Solution and declare that humanity would be safe for another million years, which eventually occurred.
