Agent of the Cosmic Order (Journey Out Of Misery)
In Reality Z-25 31-H, an agent of the Cosmic Order was sent to Earth at the same time as the Cosmic Solution.
Appearing to be the same type of entity as Armagedda, this agent appeared as an entirely hairless male humanoid. At full power, he flew under his own power and was wreathed in a halo of celestial flames, but he could turn those powers off at will to simply look like an odd-looking human. (COMIC: Journey Out Of Misery) After Armagedda's repeated failure, the Cosmic Order decided to take a different approach to taking care of the “human” problem, (COMIC: 'Epilogue To The Epilogue) sending this agent and the Solution to the Earth at the same time. While the Solution began its work of destruction, the other agent was to walk unnoticed among the humans and try to find even one who would argue that the planet was worth saving. Should he find one, he would immediately call off the Solution, and humanity would spared for another million years.
Having landed in a New York alleyway, the cosmic being wandered for some time, being dismissed as a mad vagrant by all those of whom he asked his fateful question. However, eventually, he was answered in the affirmative by Jenkins, with the rather unlikely context that Jenkins had just recently been killed and come back to life, all in service of a plan which failed miserably before it had even begun, and thought the entire situation so absurd as to be hilarious enough to “make it all worth it”. Having heard enough, the agent revealed himself in full cosmic glory, called off the Cosmic Solution (which had been causing mayehm), and informed humanity of their new lease of life before flying off back into space with the Solution by his side.
