The Imperial Imperator was a humanoid and the apparent war leader of the Consistency Imperium, an organisation suspected by Jenny Everywhere of being behind the Rifts which once threatened to destroy the multiverse. (COMIC: Jenny Everywhere Meets The Crew Of The Copper-Colored Cupids) He attempted to have the Imperium kill several versions of Jenny, though Vertolin overruled him. (PROSE: The Time of the Toymaker)
He was described in The Cupid Courier as “a very dramatic, red- haired person usually dressed in a cloak and wearing a bicorne hat with the letter ‘I’ on it”. Unlike Mandragora-257, the Imperator escaped the explosion of Mandragora's Machine unscathed, continuing to be a threat to the Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids, albeit on a reduced level.
