The Imperial Imperator was a humanoid and the apparent war leader of the Consistency Imperium, an organisation suspected by Jenny Everywhere of being behind the Rifts Crisis which was threatening to destroy the multiverse. (COMIC: Jenny Everywhere Meets The Crew Of The Copper-Colored Cupids) He attempted to have the Imperium kill several versions of Jenny, though Vertolin overruled him. (PROSE: The Time of the Toymaker)
