Rosen-035 was a member of the Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids, described “one of [its] most mild-mannered and level-headed elements, surpassed only by Pythagoras-858 in the art of possessing some genuine common sense”.
He was an expert on Rifts and similar phenomena. Because the Faction of the Fooling Fish kept getting access to the Cupid Homeworld through freak Rifts, he also unwittingly ended up becoming the Crew's main expert on the Faction and the annoying “threat” it represented.
