In the 97th Cosmos, to travel from Wellsia to Earth, the Wellsians used a device which the Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids' Fact File dubbed a Really Bloody Big Cannon, or R.B.B.C., through which they shot capsules containing the Martian astronauts at the Earth. Behind the scenes
Although the comedic name is original to The Wellsians, the idea of the Martians essentially shooting themselves at the Earth originates in H. G. Wells's original War of the Worlds and is consequently in the public domain.
