Behind the scenes
“Quantum reptiles” were name-dropped by the Thirteenth Doctor in Never Change, a Doctor Who fanfiction story in the Doctor Who: Be Afraid series by Robert Shepherd, released in December 2018, a little under a year before The Book of Evil.
