At least in Dimension 77, the Little People were a subdivision of the Fair Folk which included Leprechauns and Brownies, among others.
The interdimensional Secret League of the Orange-Bearded Gnomes recruited from all species which could be considered part of the Little People, included Gnomes, Leprechauns, Lutins, Gnatlings, and some kinds of Elves. (PROSE: The Interlude of Jenny Everywhere)
