Captain Rhys
In Reality Z-25 31-H, Captain Rhys, or often just Rhys, was one of the superheroes who belonged to the original Section P.

Physical appearance
Rhys was a very muscular white man with reddish-blond hair, which he kept short, with an undercut. He had narrow, blue eyes and a short beard, barely more than stubble but kept well-trimmed. (COMIC: Kate Five vs Symbiote - Chapter 1)

Biography
Captain Rhys was originally an ordinary British soldier. However, he returned from Iraq with an array of superpowers, and ended up joining Section P. The rest of Section P were not made privy to what had actually occurred to grant Rhys these powers. (COMIC: Kate Five vs Symbiote - Chapter 1) In 2008, he, Aqua Marine and a thirteen-year old Nexus Girl were the only members of the team, accompanying the younger hero on her first official patrol. When she had to pick a single partner, she quickly settled on Aqua Marine, which amused more than upset Rhys, who was good friends with Aqua Marine despite the latter's relative distaste for soldiers. When Kate Five first returned to Section P's HQ after becoming possessed by the Symbiote, Rhys was present in the main area. Pondering who to use as a host for a new Symbiote spawnling, Kate and the Symbiote briefly considered Rhys, reflecting that despite his great powers, his mind might be weak enough for Kate to get the drop on him. Later, after Kate's treachery was revealed and the new Symbiote instead bonded with Nexus Girl, the entire Section P team was assembled by Sir Carey to hear a full report on what had occurred, complete with a pledge from the newly symbiote-bonded Nexi to stay loyal to Section P and help them hunt down her symbiote side's “father”.
