The Barbelith Baristas was a bar in the Bohemian District of Interstitial City, neighbouring Kondut's.
One tourist brochure noted that “many travellers, tourists, and general vagabonds and vagrants, will eventually find themselves at the Barbelith Baristas”. One candid photograph of the outside of the building captured a scene featuring versions of Jenny Everywhere, Neeta and Octobriana, as well as Professor Cabbage and Rabiahona. Drinks served there included the Raktajino, the Pan-Galactic Gargle Blaster, Brawndo, Shoggoth's Old Peculiar Ale, Bantha milk, “Cardamom and Melange”, Flaming Moe, and “the Interstitial Special”.
