Rabiahona was a Middle Eastern woman with a crescent moon tattoo on her forehead similar to Octobriana's star one. Multiple versions of her existed in Interstitial City alone.

Laura Seabrook noted in her author's notes for Barbelith Baristas that Rabiahona was “an Islamic version of Octobriana”, created “just for this image”.
