Agent Watertower was an intelligent robot disguised as a watertower, posted in Reality Z-25 31-H's New York City by the Bureau of Singularity. Agent Watertower attempted to halt Kelly and Jenkins during their escape from the Bureau, trying to zap them with bolts of electricity coming from its eyes. After Jenkins hopped into the water-tower, the robot tried to shock him, remembering only too late that it was itself robotic and full of water. Short-circuiting itself, it was blown apart, allowing the Two to continue their escape. (COMIC: Life… in the Heart of the City)
