One incarnation of Jenny Everywhere once found herself “stuck” in a universe where, although she soon became embroiled in a fantasy quest, she somehow had access to some version of Twitter, where she used the handle @Jen_Everywhere. Within the fantasy universe, she was set a quest to save the Makara Isles by restoring four magical pillars which had become damaged, joined by a growing band of companions.

Description

Physical appearance

Jenny was a woman with thin features, dark brown skin, fairly long black hair, plump lips, and dark green eyes. She wore a red scarf and gold-rimmed glasses. (PROSE: Jenny Everywhere's Twitter)

Personality

This Jenny was playful and fun-loving, with a fatalistic attitude to the weird problems she tended to run into on her own adventures. She made friends quickly and had a very go-with-the-flow attitude, though she also exhibited a high regard for “herself” (seemingly meaning Jenny Everywhere moreso than her incarnation in particular). She seemed interested in both men and women, judging by her reaction to various “sexy vampires” real and imagined, though her awkward manner proved a hindrance to effective flirting. She enjoyed video games. (PROSE: Jenny Everywhere's Twitter)

Biography

Getting stuck

At some point, Jenny fell through a “red hole” and became “lost in the multiverse”, unable to leave the universe in which she'd landed.

In what was apparently not the first time such a thing happened to her, Jenny thus found herself “stuck” in a “fantasy land” known as the Makara Isles, being sent off on a vague quest to save the realm. Finding that she could, for some reason, still connect to Twitter, she created an account, with her first post joking that she hoped the companion she was travelling with, a “Final Fantasy guy”, wouldn't “spoil XIV” for her.

Spotting another user who'd replied to a gif of a man shifting from a desert to a lake, only to reappear several feet in the air and fall into the water by saying that “Jenny Everywhere approve[d] this message”, Jenny chimed in with her endorsement of the claim, sagely asserting that “parachutes should be a standard for all Jennys”. She also replies in the third person to someone praising the character of Jenny, commenting: “Isn't she just the best? Always popping up right when needed”. (PROSE: Jenny Everywhere's Twitter)

Meeting the daughters of Dracula

Jenny and her companions — who included the “Final Fantasy guy”, named Amuro Ray, as well as a monk called Nero, and were soon joined by a mysterious bush person who began following them around — made their way to a mysterious “ghost town”. There, Jenny quickly became convinced that the residents were all vampires, especially after she noticed the gothic castle which loomed over the town. Her phone spontaneously “updated with a quest to go to the castle”, with which the party reluctantly complied. They spotted some gargoyles by the gates, but, despite the bush person getting “antsy”, were able to get in without too much trouble.

Within, Jenny was startled to learn that the castle belonged not to “the son of Dracula” or some other vampire, but to Dracula's daughters. Meanwhile, Nero got unexpected “tongued” by a door which turned out to be a mimic. With Amuro compulsively checking other doors, the situation soon degenerated into Nero being trapped in a room while Amuro battled the gargoyles in the hallway, where they had “appeared like Weeping Angels”. Amuro managed to blast Nero out using a thunder spell, allowing the latter to join into a bare-handed fight against the gargoyles.

It was then that one of the vampire ladies of the castle made her appearance, interrupting the fighting as she crawled in on the ceiling. Jenny was initially disturbed by the sight, but her feelings changed altogether when the attractive undead woman seductively pinned Jenny against a wall, only to make clear that she and her sisters had no intention of hurting their guests, instead inviting them to dinner. By the time they actually did so, much to to Jenny's increasing confusion, the party had been joined by a second bush person. Over the course of the meal, the vampire ladies explained that they intended to help the adventurers on their quest to save the Isles, telling them the full detail of the prophecy they should fulfill — and possibly gifting them monetary resources with which to fund their continuing journey, as the first thing they did after leaving the castle was hire new pack animals. However, Jenny resolutely blew it with the lead vampire-lady in the flirtation department, blurting out “Don't worry, I wouldn't impale you with a stake” to her immediate mortification. Resumed travels

Seemingly having received monetary aid from the vampires, the group departed and hired pack animals known as Locobos from a guy called Carl the Locobo rancher, to whom Jenny took an instant liking. Conveniently, a “Chocobo whistle” in [[Amuro's possession turned out to also be effective at controlling these similarly-named creatures. With the Locobos, they travelled through a forest where the owls were “not what they seem[ed]”, they eventually happened upon a group of teenagers with whom Jenny bargained to obtain a map of the nearby temple they were seeking. There, though she accidentally destroyed at least one statue, Jenny successfully solved the riddle of the “statue sliding puzzle” (with a little help from Google) and, in reward, obtained a crown which sparked an oddly selfish streak in her, possibly indicating that it was cursed as she and Nero fought over the artefact.

Their fight was interrupted as the Makara Isles were overtaken by a flash flood, forcing the adventurers to take refuge in a “treehouse village”. While waiting for the waters to recede, Jenny befriended a “little blob creature”, which turned out to be a water dragon baby called Rain, and also whiled away the time by noodling on Twitter once again, (PROSE: Jenny Everywhere's Twitter) briefly interacting with another version of herself, with whom she discussed the recent death of yet another Jenny. (PROSE: Jenny Everywhere's Twitter, Jenny Everywhere's Twitter) Jenny and her party also met a “little bird creature” called Pebble, with Jenny getting an odd sense that they would be seeing her again. In the haunted mansion

With the flood now over, Jenny and her friends found themselves visiting “yet another haunted mansion” full of partying ghosts. There, she made two more friends, a fairy whose name she heard as “Carry On” as well as a fellow human called Sybil. Adversity soon reared its head, however, as the newly-expanded group was antagonised by a crazed ghost chef who wanted to capture Rain to turn them into “some kind of blue raspberry gelato”. Behind the scenes

Jenny Everywhere's Twitter's profile picture was originally the coloured version of Jenny Everywhere in COMIC: Soulless Mate used as Jenny's infobox image on our own Wiki. This was changed in December 2023 for an illustration also posted on Instagram by Anna Mish on December 27th[1]; this suggests the blog may be Mish's, although it is also possible that the anonymous writer of the Twitter blog stumbled upon Mish's artwork and reused it as they had previously done with the Wiki page.
