One version of Nyarlathotep sat on the Interdimensional Pride Council by 2022, with the Man in Grey being excited to be rubbing shoulders with him when he was appointed to the Council by the Great Higher-Ups as their representative. After the upheaval which proceeded from the Man in Grey's dismissal, Professor Wogglebug believed that Nyarlathotep would become head of the Council, although he allowed for the possibility that the Scarecrow would get the appointment instead. A week or so after these events, this same version of Nyarlathotep attended Jenny Over-There and Dynamite Thor's Pride party at Professor Helvetius's Convenient Pride Decorations Shop. He seemed to have developed a crush on fellow Council-member Dionysus, and although he was initially reluctant to act on it, the two ended up dancing together by the night's end. Jenny Over-There later clarified that a Nyarlathotep who'd phoned the M.F.S. was “not the one on the Interdimensional Pride Council”, instead being “from a different universe”. (PROSE: Who Laws the Lawyers?)
