Doctor Sigma-063 was the head of the Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids' Celestial Foam Network, (PROSE: Rifts Crisis Officially Over!) which was essential to the Crew's M.O. of exploring other universes. (PROSE: Lord Thymon and the Department of Problem-Solving) The name also referred to the building where the organisation, which oversaw the maintenance and assignment of Fog Ships, was based. (PROSE: The Winter Quests) The Fog Ship Parking Garage was under their purview. (PROSE: The Ghosts and the Machine)
