From Jenny Everywhere Wiki

Cupid Fact File #94: The Euclidean Plane was a Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids short story written by Lupan Evezan, and the first of the Cupid Fact Files to be released.

The Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids has decided to start uploading their analog database in an online browsable format, so as to make their Files easier to access without having to deal with the Mechanical Sphinx. They begin with Fact File #94, which describes the Euclidean Plane, and particularly the multiple geometrical species that exist within it.

Other

  • The Crew of the Copper-Colored Cupids learned of the Euclidean Plane after a group of them “pressed the 'random location’ button” of a Fog Ship.
  • All Geometron buildings “are built as perfect regular shapes, with some of the most common building shapes being rectangles, spheres, triangles, and cubes”.
  • Tangulars “tend to be very proud of the quality of their sides”, leading to arguments with Octasers, who look down on the Tangulars for having fewer, albeit longer, sides.
  • Spheroids are formally known as Spheroidus Sapiens.
  • Spheroids “were historically ostracized by their fellow Geometrons due to their lack of sides”.
  • Triangries have the ability to exhale balls of fire, Octasers to shoot beams of energy from their eyes (although some researchers at the Cupid Intelligence Institute believe this ability is based on special contact lenses as opposed to something innate), Pulsatons have a healing aura, and Stelloids can move “at the speed of light”. The various subtypes of Geometrons can interbreed, with the hybrids sometimes retaining powers typical of one or more of their ancestors, but appear somewhat unusual.
  • Dats are the smallest form of life in the Euclidean Plane, resembling living dots. The Cupids fill a bug sprayer with Love Potion to romanticise whole swarms at once. They are very common, sometimes considered pests by Geometrons. Dats have the ability to combine and merge into more complex beings such as a straight Linea or a “squiggly” Ambagesque.
  • There exists a Euclidean Flying Squad.
  • The Geometronian Government is made up fo six Geometrons, one of each species. They draft laws from the safety of the Geometron Pentagon, which are then voted on by the citizens.
  • The Geometron Pentagon is protected (mostly from the Cupids) by the Official Pentagon Guard, consisting of five Triangries, five Octasers, and one “brave” Spheroid.
