Raleigh was a large, hairy being with black fur, blue eyebrows and glowing white eyes, somewhat resembling a yeti.
He was a companion of Jenny Everywhere and a crewmember of the Wilson, helping Jenny and Michael track and fight the agents of Chaos. As his only visible article of clothing, Raleigh wore a necklace with a glowing, yellow medallion that seemed to allow him to shift, or at least to teleport back to the Wilson after he had materialised in a given universe. Raleigh called Jenny “World-Changer” and seemed to admire her and care greatly for her, to the point of being jealous of the attention she gave to other companions of hers, although this abated after Michael (whom Raleigh respected equally) joined the Wilson's crew.
Raleigh followed Jenny to one universe to warn her that the shapeshifting being she was fighting was Nyx, whom they had faced before. He accidentally materialised on top of Magistrate Harless, crushing him to death — although this was not a wholly bad thing, as he had been paralysing Jenny using telekinesis. Raleigh tried to help Jenny fight Nyx, but was stabbed through the chest by the beast, forcing him to emergency-teleport back to the Wilson for medical care, leaving Jenny on her own.
