Magistrate Harless
In one universe, Magistrate Harless was the supercilious leader of a commune of pacifist monks.
He possessed a supernatural “pacifying” ability that could paralyse someone, trapping them in a field of glowing multi-coloured energy. However, he never used it in all his life until his final day, when he encountered Jenny Everywhere and overheard her intent to continue to fight Nyx, a shapeshifting creature who had followed her to this universe. However, his paralysing of Jenny was cut short when he was crushed to death by the materialisation right over him of Jenny's giant friend and fellow shifter, Raleigh. A short time later, Harless's entire planet was destroyed by Nyx, with Julian the only survivor. (COMIC: The Jenny Everywhere Chronicles)
