In Reality Z-25 31-H, Section P was the “powers section”, that is to say, the officially-endorsed superhero team, of the British Ministry of Defence. It was headed by Sir Carey and based in Cardiff.
History
At one stage, the members included Kate Five, Aqua Marine, Captain Rhys, Nexus Girl, and Battle Angel. (COMIC: Kate Five vs Symbiote - Chapter 1) Battle Angel, alias Taki, who joined six years prior to Kate becoming possessed by the Symbiote. She was offered the chance to join while being covertly detained by the government, having previously been a mysterious Yakuza assassin. (PROSE: Battle Angel Yoshida Bio) Kate Five, meanwhile, joined of her full free will when she looked for a place to take her talents after Project Five was dissolved. (PROSE: Kate Five Bio) Nexus Girl was unique in having been raised by Section P since her childhood, having been found as a non-human orphan wandering in Wales. (PROSE: Nexus Girl Bio)
After Kate was possessed by an alien entity and became a violent supervillain, she de facto left the team, though the difference was made up for by Nexus Girl having bonded with a different, more benevolent symbiote the same day. (COMIC: Kate Five vs Symbiote - Chapter 1)
