SCP-JEv was a drafted SCP Foundation SCP entry on Jenny Everywhere. As per SCP tradition, the writer signed his name Doctor Fullham, also the name of the in-universe Foundation researcher supposedly writing the file. The story was never posted on the main SCP website, but simply on Fullham's personal sandbox on the SCP Sandbox Wiki II, from which it was ultimately deleted. The original, open-source sketch of Jenny Everywhere by Steven Wintle was used as the file's illustration.

Plot
As related in their dry, clinical file on the “anomaly” that is Jenny Everywhere, the SCP Foundation becomes aware of Jenny Everywhere when a Jenny is discovered getting information from their computers using the credentials of a missing agent; only then do SCP personnel check the internet and discover they were dealing with a fictional character.
Jenny has an initial encounter interview with Doctor Fullham, which is less than enlightening, as Jenny shows considerable fourth wall awareness and explicitly speaks of doing what needs to be done for the stories that she appears in. After talking with Doctor Fullham she remembers the errand that brought her there and excuses herself to return to the previous story, then dematerialises in front of him.
The way the earlier, descriptive portion of the file was written suggests that the Foundation go on to encounter (and occasionally capture and scan) other incarnations of Jenny passing through their world.
Worldbuilding
Universes
- The story takes place in a universe where the SCP Foundation exist.
- The story's main Jenny travelled there in order to secure some information from the SCP's secret databases for someone in another universe where this information no longer existed.
Jenny Everywhere
- The SCP Foundation's file on Jenny states that they are unsure of her exact origins, though she appears to be of Asian or Native American descent; that her outfit is inconsistent between incarnations; and that she is “of average height for a female human, normally between 162 and 168 centimeters”; her appearance is “consistent with a human female between the ages of 20 and 30”, and scans revealed “no abnormalities in bone structure, organs, or brain activity”.
- In Fullham's universe, Jenny was first created as a fictional character in 2002 by Canadian author Steven Wintle on the Barbelith forum (named after an element of the comic series The Invisibles).
- The version of Jenny interviewed in person by Doctor Fullham describes herself as an “adventurer, explorer, scientist, hero, you name it!”. She has full Fourth Wall Awareness, and is aware of gaining and losing abilities as per the needs of the story she's currently in. She claims to have never given much thought to the full extent of her powers.
- Jenny shifts away by gradually, soundlessly dematerialising. She is able to wave goodbye to Doctor Fullham as she does so.
Other
- Jenny claims to be loosely aware of the Foundation, summarising them as a group who “keep a bunch of really bad stuff locked up so it can't hurt people”.
