In at least one universe, Steven Wintle was a Canadian artist who created the fictional character of Jenny Everywhere in 2002 on the Barbelith forum. To the SCP Foundation's confusion, “real” incarnations of Jenny would later cross over into this universe. (PROSE: SCP-JEv)
