The Queen of Faerie was, fittingly enough, the ruler of Faerie.

Biography

In the Collapsed Cosmos

In the Collapsed Cosmos, she continued to rule Faerie, appearing as a lovely, awful figure” with auburn hair and eyes of a “deep, gemlike green”; she wore a green velvet dress matching her lips and nails and green-and-gold eyeshadow, as well as a golden crown. She was followed by a magical floating green light. This version of the Queen was petty and tyrannical to intruders in her realm, meting out magical punishments on them for vague offences against the ever-changing “faerie law”. This Faerie Queen remembered having once been in love with Jenny Everywhere (although the Jenny of the Collapsed Cosmos had no recollection of this), but this past love had turned to bitterness and hatred.

After Jenny's friends Glendalf, Absoldar, Jegrekk Gnashtooth, J. Barrington Boartusk and Agrzaan Lurgpin entered Faerie, the Queen attempted to capture them. After helping the Orcs escape through a magic portal, Glendalf was too slow and was turned into (or fused with) a tree by the Queen to serve as bait for Jenny when she inevitably came looking for her friend. This worked, and Jenny naturally refused the Queen's ultimatum to leave the forest while Glendalf was still trapped, allowing the Queen to loose the Wild Hunt after her.
