The Consistency Imperium was a dimensionally-active organisation, who travelled by means of tachyonic sailing ships. (PROSE: Rifts Crisis Officially Over!) The Imperial Imperator was one of their leaders. (COMIC: Jenny Everywhere Meets The Crew Of The Copper-Colored Cupids, PROSE: Rifts Crisis Officially Over!)

Jenny Everywhere suspected was at least partially responsible for the Rifts which once threatened to collapse the entire multiverse. (COMIC: Jenny Everywhere Meets The Crew Of The Copper-Colored Cupids)

They were in actuality being manipulated into unintentionally worsening the Rifts by the true villain, Mandragora-257. After the plan was uncovered by a group of Clockwork Cherubs including Bibliophile-962, Marksmanship-522, Tracker-764 and Pythagoras-858 (plus the Hound), Mandragora's Machine backfired and destroyed the Imperium's base. The Imperial Imperator to wreak new havoc, although this was for all intents and purposes the end of the wider organisation. (PROSE: Rifts Crisis Officially Over!)
