(PROSE: Lord Thymon and the Department of Problem-Solving) The name also referred to the building where the organisation, which oversaw the maintenance and assignment of Fog Ships, was based. The Celestial Foam Network banned Larrikin-1029 from borrowing more Fog Ship after he spent half a day borrowing and crashing one Ship after the other as he practiced his flying. (PROSE: Peace and Quiet)
