Tammy Shotwell was the half-Elf, half-Halfling deputy sheriff of the interdimensional city of Shelterville. The other half of the police force is Sheriff Hank. She had very arrogant relatives.

Greta Överallt asked her for help in locating Sven Allestädes when she arrived in town, and Tammy suggested they ask the mechanic to summon Jenny Anywhere through the interociter. Later, she guarded Baron Tarquin in the Shelterville jail for a little while until Greta sent him back to the Land of the Naked Emperor, transferring him into the custody of the new democratic government. Subsequently, Tammy officiated at the swearing-in ceremony of Shelterville's new Justice of the Peace. (COMIC: 24 Hour Comic 2019)
