In Reality Z-25 31-H, Section P was the “powers section”, that is to say, the officially-endorsed superhero team, of the British Ministry of Defence. It was headed by Sir Carey and based in Cardiff.
History
At one stage, the members included Kate Five, Aqua Marine, Captain Rhys, Nexus Girl, and Battle Angel. (COMIC: Kate Five vs Symbiote - Chapter 1) Battle Angel, alias Taki, who joined six years prior to Kate becoming possessed by the Symbiote. She was offered the chance to join while being covertly detained by the government, having previously been a mysterious Yakuza assassin.
