Glinda the Good Witch, or simply Glinda, was a witch from the Land of Oz, and a major figure within many universes' versions of Oz.
Biography
Visited by Acquaintanceship
A version of “Glinda the Good Witch” existed in one universe's Oz, which was visited by Acquaintanceship-982. When the Imps Udent, Olite and Ertinent stole the Magic Belt and brought it to the exiled Wicked Witch of the South Blinkie, Blinkie covered her tracks by having the Imps steal Ozma's Great Book of Records, and by using the Belt to cast a spell which would make everyone in Oz forget about the Imps' very existence. However, Glinda sensed that something was amiss without knowing quite what, and managed to half-block the memory-erasing spell, such that the people involved retained a vague intuition that the “stolen” buttons (actually the Imps' transformed appearances) had been important somehow, and fully recovered their memories as soon as they came face-to-face with the Imps.
