In the 925th Universe, a young Marietta Over-There was tricked by Nyarlathotep into performing a ritual which she was told would rouse the local version of Yog-Sothoth from his eternal slumber and, as a result, destroy the world. However, the ritual did no such thing, and indeed, as Marietta would later realise, it was Azathoth whose awakening was supposed to end the world, not Yog-Sothoth's, in the first place.
