Star Wars was a “saga”.
It was abridged on YouTube into Star Wars Shortened. Jenny Everywhere's companion Thuban once attempted to go even further and condense it into six comic panels; after wasting a lot of space discussing the idea itself he ended up having to boil it down into just the one panel, which depicted a severed hand letting go of a lightsaber, with the caption “Stuff happened”. (COMIC: Infinity Apartment)
In Reality Z-25 31-H, Jesse Brain once reflected that watching Doctor Brain's henchfolk rebuild his giant interdimensional portal exactly as it was before its earlier destruction “made her feel like she was in Return of the Jedi”. (COMIC: Meanwhile, On Earth)
Tammy Shotwell joked that Baron Tarquin's politically-motivated marriage proposal to Greta Överallt sounded more like an attempt to get her to come over to “the Dark Side”. (COMIC: 24 Hour Comic 2019)
Unaware of the homage they were making, Xavier Llewellyn once told the Noodle Man "You underestimate my power! [...] I hate you!" (PROSE: The Non-Canonical, Unlicensed and Non-Valid Sequel to Arcbeatle Press’(s) April Fool's Anthology “The Noodle Incident”, 2024: 2 Noodle, 2 Furious 2, The Electric Boogaloo, feat. the Piscons, Jenny Everywhere and the People’ Republic of China)
