In at least one universe, it was linked to neighbouring Munchkin Country by a branch of the Yellow Brick Road which started in Munchkin Country and led to the Emerald City; the border between the two was located in a forest, and was guarded by the Fighting Trees. The mountainous, semi-independent region of Jinxland, which acted as the refuge of Wicked Witch of the South-in-exile Blinkie, was located within Quadling Country.
