Will Severn was Wendy Severn's older brother. As a teenager, he liked telling stories about Cthulhu to his sister.
He was the first person she attempted to text after arriving at Hilbert's, although she soon realised that predictably, she couldn't reach their home universe from there. (PROSE: The Grand Multiverse Hotel)
