After the builder, in despair, tried to jump off the [[Manhattan Bridge]], the [[Magician from Mars]] saved him and used her magic to complete the construction within the time-frame called for by the contract. The politician happened to be walking by just as she was doing so; in anger, he began insulting the Magician, who ended up smacking him around in retribution.
