Sorceress Sally had a stall at the Interdimensional Black Market. The Queen of the Black Market knew that she owned a minor Artefact of Power, the Whistle of the Witch Varganax. In December 2020, the Queen took it upon herself to trade the Whistle away to Skollops ag-Warka in exchange for information about the Clown Emperor. (PROSE: The Time of the Toymaker)
