Death
Peter Griffin was in hospital shortly before his death, being visited by Twilight Sparkle, Super Mario, Jenny Everywhere, Muscle Man, and the Toymaker, the latter of whom seemed to be nefariously smiling behind him. (COMIC: Peter's Death)
After Jenny walked out, another Jenny shifted into the hospital and asked why she was so sad, although when she began to explain that she'd lost a "good friend", the other Jenny cut her off to promote Gevity™. (COMIC: Jenny Says: Drink Gevity™!)
