History
At some point, Peter Griffin wound up in the hospital. Shortly before his death, he was visited by Twilight Sparkle, Super Mario, Jenny Everywhere, Muscle Man, and the Toymaker, the latter of whom smiled nefariously behind Peter. (COMIC: Peter's Death)
