Peacock Girl

“Peacock Girl” was the stage name of a mutant circus performer in one universe.
Although broadly human-looking, Peacock Girl had a peacock-tail-like crown of feathers growing between her shoulder-blades, which she could fan artfully as part of a dance routine. Although she became a circus performer in the hope of performing something along those lines, she was instead exploited by her boss Mr Haffalife, who rarely let her actually perform anything and merely exhibited her as a freak. After Jenny Everywhere learned of her and the other ”Haffalife freaks”’s situation, she helped them bypass their boss and create the circus performance they'd always dreamed of.
