O.M.S.C.F. was one of the groups in the 925th Universe which initially took an interest in Jenny Over-There after her SatNav-based powers developed. However, unlike the Man in Grey, they offered her no monetary compensation, leading to her taking the Man in Grey's offer in the end. (PROSE: The Tribulations of Jenny Over-There)
Behind the scenes
O.M.S.C.F. is a kind of parody of the SCP Foundation. It properly debuted in PROSE: The Adventures of Talbot Molossus, Interdimensional Dogtective in 2024, but a mention of it was retroactively inserted into the reedit of PROSE: The Tribulations of Jenny Over-There, the very first Jenny Over-There: The Nine-Two-Five Universe story, later that same year.
