Karshassinwellshkhan III

Karshassinwellshkhan III was the last Emperor of the Wellsians of the 97th Cosmos on their home planet.

He was a tyrannical ruler, who only allowed his subjects one holiday, Allac-Ur. (PROSE: The Frost King's Treasure) He appeared to have an interest in Earth culture, once ordering Skollops ag-Warka to dress up as Santa Claus. (COMIC: A Very H.G. Christmas)

Because he was literally forgotten about during the rushed evacuation, (PROSE: The Resurrection of the Wellsians) he did not follow the other Wellsians (PROSE: The Time of the Toymaker) in their exodus to Earth (PROSE: The Resurrection of the Wellsians) or the few survivors' later settling of a New Wellsian Empire, remaining, as far as anybody knew, still alive on the original Wellsian homeworld even after the five other surviving Wellsians found a new home in Dimension Epsilon Five on the planet Thrash. It took a while for all of the Five to accept that they were no longer under his authority, and to fully acknowledge Radluhac ag-Wampyr as their new leader. (PROSE: The Time of the Toymaker)
