Grigori

In the Collapsed Cosmos, winged, many-eyed mechanoids called Grigori were used by the artificial intelligence ARCHONET to patrol the 21st century city in which Jenny Everywhere resided. Behind the scenes

“Grigori” is a common transliteration of the Greek name for the Biblical “Watchers”, a type of angel. Being frightening entities with many eyes and wings is the typical depiction of “Bible-accurate” angels.
