Griffin
Griffins, or gryphons, were beings with mammal body-plans and wings on their backs on top of four ordinary limbs. They had eagle-like heads with feline ears.
The Griffins of the Sixth Realm were sentient and bipedal, and a type of demon. Merv the Griffin, one such Grififn, was once summoned to another world by a witch and bound to said world until he accomplished a particular task (in this case, slaying Captain Evening). (COMIC: For Whom The Toll Bells)
In 2019, while running away from one of the Queen of the Black Market's Wraiths in the Interdimensional Black Market, Darius and Tracker-764 “duck[ed] under the legs of an enormous gryphon” before “brush[ing] past a gang of imps attempting to swindle an old sheep with glasses out of her wallet”.
