Gina was a powerful witch.

She was once the head of the interdimensional Heroines Guild, but was eventually demoted to its lowest-ranking member after a losing a battle to and being publicly humiliated by the Steel Squirrel, who shaved off the witch's hair, stripping her of her powers. After her demotion, Gina was tied up in an embarrassing position in the lobby of the Guild so as to rub in her defeat. Jenny Everywhere, who appeared to dislike Gina, came round to the Guild in person specifically to witness this, taking a ironic selfie with the helpless Gina. Later, Gina was further humiliated by being mounted into a mechanical chair which forced her to clean people's shoes with her tongue, an amenity to which Jenny happily availed herself. (PROSE: Downtime)

Behind the scenes

Gina was a character used by DeviantArt user Mattkind in several other pieces prior to her appearance in Mattkind's Jenny Everywhere Day submission Jenny Everywhere Visits the Heroines Guild, also appearing in comics by other DeviantArt users with Mattkind's authorisation. Such preexistng pieces showed that Gina's full name was Gina Rockwell-Duebe and that she was of Greek extraction, neither of which facts is mentioned in the Jenny Everywhere short story.
